Shipping & Return Policy

Standard delivery - Free Shipping

The estimated delivery time will be between 7-15 days worldwide, depending on the delivery address.(Bear in mind that deliveries are only made on working days)

Returns/Exchange

• For all online purchases, we have our return policy of 5 days from the day of delivery.  

• If you wish to return your product simply write us on hello@tumuh.in and obtain your return.
• Kindly note, the products must be unused with original hang tags and a valid receipt for being eligible for returns.
• Once we receive the product at our warehouse, we will refund the money to the source account.
  

Orders shipped through express shipping have a same day return policy and not a 5 days return policy.

Order shipped for a specific date or sooner delivery date will receive tumuh credits in case of returns.
